Retourner le véhicule à la fin du voyage

The trip is considered complete once you have returned the vehicle and given the keys to the rental company. Late fees will be applied if you return the vehicle after 24 hours from the day of drop-off. The costs are defined by the host. Please therefore read the conditions defined by the host in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises during the return.

No refund will be made if you return the vehicle before the day of handover.

When a reservation is in progress, you can only extend it with the agreement of the host. You can then book the vehicle again from the mobile application or the website.

When delivering the vehicle, be sure to take a screenshot of the dashboard (with the fuel gauge) in order to top up the fuel. Charges may be claimed by the host and your card will be debited if you do not provide proof that the top-up has been made.

It is not possible to return the vehicle outside opening hours but late fees may apply. Please read the vehicle conditions and rules
